Also included is staff and facilities for visitation and church service, use of hearse, flower vehicle, memorial folders, register book, acknowledgement cards, local newspaper notices, use of our "Chapel Oak" casket, and the act of cremation at our facility, Sunset Crematory in Dallas.

Includes basic services plus chapel visitation room available for up to three days. Visitation will be scheduled with the family. This package utilizes embalming. If you choose not to embalm, visitation room will be made available for one day up to four hours as regulated by Oregon State Statute, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The second option utilizes mortuary refrigeration. A cremation container will need to be selected for the visitation and is not included in the package price.
This type of service includes removal from place of death within 25 miles, basic sanitary care as required by governmental agencies, minimum services of staff, use of mortuary refrigeration, removal vehicle, minimum cardboard alternative container, plastic urn, and the act of cremation. |
